What does yoga mean to you?
Yoga for me is a lifetime tool to connect my body and my mind, as well as to connect with others. I choose yoga to establish and sustain healthy mind and body relationships, also to listen to myself and others, and to understand the universe through our human experience in this human body.

How would you describe your teaching style?
My approach is gentle, going slowly but steadily. This is how I practice. My intention is to create a safe inclusive space where everyone enjoys their own practice, feeling and noticing the flow of the energy and the tranquil state that yoga brings to us.

What is your favorite yoga pose?
Adho Mukha Svanasana | downward facing dog
(I never thought that I would choose it but now yes, I enjoy it very much!)

Who inspires you?
My 100-year-old grandma

What is your superpower?
I can dance for hours if the music is goooood.

What recharges you?
Quiet time, good coffee/tea, walking in nature, cats, birds, nature, swimming or dipping in nature, music (from classical to house music!)

What makes you happy?
When I witness kindness, when I meet cats on the streets, and when I spend time with my partner.
