In our Ayurvedic private yoga class, we utilize Ayurvedic principles to customize your yoga practice and support your specific goals. As the class is designed specifically for your unique constitution, it is offered on a one-to-one basis, with each session lasting 60 minutes.

Before attending the Ayurvedic Yoga Class, an intake discussion is required. This session typically lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and aims to determine your personal constitution and identify any imbalances. Based on the results of this discussion, our qualified Ayurvedic yoga instructor will develop a customized schedule that aligns with your goals and supports your overall well-being.
