What does yoga mean to you?
To me, yoga is about connection with my entire being. Connection to my body, my breath, my emotions, my thoughts, my beliefs. For me, yoga is a mirror and a sacred space for introspection to help me navigate my life with clarity. Sometimes this practice is difficult and I know this is when I need the practice the most.

How would you describe your teaching style?
Slow, feminine and intentional. I find the human body fascinating and love to unravel the intricacies of anatomy and bodily connection. So I try to evoke this in my teaching as I want to guide students to connect with their bodies, move with fluidity and embrace the body in each pose with grace. My aim is to create a mindful journey of self-discovery, where the artistry of intentional movement becomes a transformative and harmonious connection between body, mind and spirit.

What is your favorite yoga pose?
Eka pada rajakapotasana, king pigeon.

Who inspires you?
My mother, partner and close friends.

What is your superpower?
I am very resilient and I believe in cultivating strength to navigate challenges with grace.

What recharges you?
Spending a whole lazy day reading and cooking.

What makes you happy?
Dinner parties, date nights, finding a new song I want to play on repeat, baking.
