What does yoga mean to you?
Yoga is my anchor. It helps me reconnect with my body, quiet my mind, and find balance in life – even when things feel uncertain – both on and off the mat. What started as a physical practice, because I didn’t feel good in my mind and body, slowly became a way of taking care of myself mentally and emotionally. Very early on, I realised that yoga felt like coming home to myself – meeting myself exactly where I was. To me, the practise is about opening our hearts to what is in front of us, trusting that where we already are is both the path and the goal, even when it feels heavy. Eventually, yoga became something I felt called to share with others.

How would you describe your teaching style?
My teaching style is grounding, structured and accessible for everyone. I want my students to feel confident and welcome, even if it is their very first time stepping onto the mat. I place strong emphasis on breath awareness – allowing the breath to initiate the movement and on creating a safe space where students can move at their own pace. My classes are fluid and flowy, with a focus on smooth transitions. I encourage students to listen to their bodies, choosing presence over perfection. Honoring their own limits rather then pushing beyond them.

What is your favorite yoga pose?
My favorite yoga pose is hard to choose, but Warrior 2 is one I keep coming back to. I feel strong and grounded, yet light and confident at the same time. It reminds me to focus, while keeping my body open and relaxed.

Who inspires you?
I’m inspired by people who move through life with kindness and authenticity and seeing people show up for themselves. I also find a lot of inspiration in books. A book I like is : After the ecstasy, the Laundry by Jack Kornfield.

What is your superpower?
Creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere where people feel comfortable being exactly where they are.

What recharges you?
Spending time in nature, slow mornings, practicing yoga for myself and finding moments of stillness. Traveling and exploring different culture also recharges me.

What makes you happy?
Movement, being surrounded with the people I love and good coffee. I also love seeing people leave class feeling lighter than when they arrived.
