Mantra Meditation Workshop

“In the stillness beyond breath, the seed of all mantras dwells.” — Vedic insight

Join us for a two-hour immersive practice drawing from the ancient wisdom of yoga and the Vedas, designed to harmonize breath, sound, and stillness into your everyday life.

We begin with prāṇāyāma—guided breathwork practices that steady the mind and awaken the flow of vital energy. By regulating the breath, we prepare the body and senses for deeper states of awareness.

From there, we enter the practice of mantra chanting. Rooted in ancient scriptures, each mantra carries a unique vibration (nāda) that resonates through the subtle body, calming the nervous system and opening pathways of inner clarity. Chanting together amplifies this effect, harmonizing individual voices into a shared field of energy.

The journey culminates in dhyāna (meditation), where the breath and mantra naturally dissolve into stillness. Here, the fruits of practice—peace, presence, and connection—are allowed to settle and integrate.
