What does yoga mean to you?
Yoga for me is a good way to align my body and mind. In our busy lives with all the input we get from phones, television, work we need time and space to stay grounded and connected. Yoga helps me to stay calm whilst also taking good care of my body by doing the exercise
How would you describe your teaching style?
In my classes I want to bring a safe and comfortable environment for everybody. Whether you are an experienced yogi or somebody who is new to yoga. Making people enthusiastic about yoga is key because going on this lovely journey benefits everybody
What is your favorite yoga pose?
Child’s pose as it is the pose you can always go back to find peace and comfort
Who inspires you?
People who are truly themselves and follow their own path together with the people around them
What is your superpower?
Seeing the positive in (almost) everything
What recharges you?
Yoga! Evenings with friends and a nice afternoon on the couch with a good book
What makes you happy?
Spending time with my friends and loved ones and reading all kinds of books
