Flowing in Motion: Dance Meets Yoga

Yoga Dance Flow is a uniquely crafted class that beautifully blends the art of yoga with the joy of dance.

The workshop begins with a warm-up to prepare your body, followed by learning an engaging choreography that encourages a deep connection with your body, mind, and spirit through fluid yoga and dance movements. As you move to inspiring music, you’ll enjoy dancing the choreography, immersing yourself in the flow while invigorating your spirit.

With each breath, you’ll deepen your awareness and energize your prana, fostering strength and flexibility throughout your entire body while enhancing your balance and coordination. The session concludes with a deep guided relaxation, providing a calming wind-down that clears your mind and invites you to reconnect with your true self.

This class is open to everyone, regardless of yoga experience, and is perfect for those who love to flow, dance, and move freely.
